The lab was first launched at Korea University Business School, bringing together participants from 22 nationalities, including academics, industry leaders, and cross-sector professionals. The session tested decision-making under real constraints, across cultures, disciplines, and levels of experience, with outcomes that exceeded expectations and led to new initiatives currently in development.
